The Automated Tracking System (ATS) license fee provides the customer with the rights to use the ATS in the customer's county. This license includes the following services:
◊ Installation of all ATS version 2 required software on the customer's hardware (one computer system).
◊ Functional testing of the ATS software on the customer's hardware.
◊ Return delivery of the customer's hardware after installation and testing.
◊ 6-hour on-site training.
 
The customer agrees to:
◊ Deliver to CSTS the computer and scanner hardware on which the ATS system is to be installed and run. Delivery to be made at least 30 days prior to the on-site training.
◊ Provide suitable training facilities for CSTS to provide on-site training. This training should include at least 2 customer staff. The training will be hands-on, so access to customer hardware is also required.
◊ Purchase at least the first year's Annual Agreement with the license agreement.
◊ Make payment to CSTS within 30 days of delivery of the ATS system (the first on-site visit.)
