| CSTS can provide the customer with the human and machine readable labels to meet the needs for good work flow using the ATS software. The recommended labels include: | |
| ◊ | Precinct-unit label on each iVotronic terminal |
| ◊ | Two precinct-unit labels on the booth on which the iVo is installed |
| ◊ | Combined precinct-unit and iVo serial number barcode label on the back of the booth on which the iVo is installed |
| ◊ | Precinct label on each PEB (approximately one per iVo) |
| ◊ | Serial number barcode label on each compact flash card (approximately one per iVo) |
| ◊ | Two precinct labels on each communications pack (one per precinct) |
| ◊ | Complementary labeling of a few additional hardware components (e.g., M-100 tabulators, etc.) |
| The customer agrees to provide an assignment table listing the serial numbers of all hardware and the precinct to which each is assigned. This must be provided at least 30 days before an on-site visit to assure delivery during the visit. (Note this is the same assignment table required by the database initialization service.) | |
| The occasional changes in permanent assignments require re-labeling. This will be included in the Annual Agreement if the labeling service is requested at the time of your original order. | |
| The Labeling service can be obtained in two forms, based on who applies the labels; | |
| Applied by customer staff | CSTS will supply the labels during the on-site visit and will demonstrate suitable application. |
| Applied by CSTS | CSTS will supply the labels and apply them. Compact flash cards and PEBs will be delivered to CSTS with the hardware and will be returned labeled during the first on-site visit. Other labels will be applied by CSTS during the on-site visits. The customer will provide assistance in moving and setting up booths, etc. |
| Please contact CSTS with any questions or should you need special provisions or features. | |
