Several types of information can be pre-loaded into the database, including:
◊ Hardware assignments (e.g., iVo assigned to precinct-unit; PEB and communications packs to precinct)
◊ List of precincts and precinct codes
This information can be added using the ATS interface, however, it takes significant time.
 
For this optional service, the customer must supply CSTS with a table containing the needed information. The database initialization needs to be done during the software installation and testing, so the table should be delivered with the hardware (see License Agreement.)  (Note this is the same assignment table required by the labeling service expanded to include the precinct names and codes.)
