| The Annual Agreement fee provides the customer the continuing rights to use the ATS in the customer's county on an annual basis. This agreement includes the following services: | |
| ◊ |
An annual on-site visit to: • backup database • provide software upgrades • provide refresher training as needed • address questions or issues |
| ◊ | Provide the customer uniquely identified seals for up to three elections during the agreement year, including seals needed for training. |
| ◊ | Provide remote support by E-mail and phone to address questions and resolve user problems. |
| The customer agrees to: | |
| ◊ | Make payment for the first annual agreement with payment of the license agreement fee. |
| ◊ | Make each subsequent annual agreement payment within 30 days prior to the expiration of the previous annual agreement. |
